Matt Joiner

Matt Joiner is the Manger of Marketing and Communications. He leads the company’s marketing and trade show efforts, and internal and external communications and events.

Originally from the Baltimore, Maryland area, Matt brings over 18 years of advertising agency experience to Lycoming Engines, including campaign development, planning, and deployment, as well as account management and client marketing strategy work. He is also well versed in graphic design, video editing and digital photography. Before joining the Lycoming Team as Senior Marketing Communications Specialist, Matt was Director of Accounts and Partner at a regional agency. He is a graduate of Lycoming College with a bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing and a minor in Graphic Design.
