Lycoming engines referenced  in  Table 1 in this Service Bulletin and  Fuel  Servo models referenced  in  Attachment A and Lot Numbers of fuel diaphragms and kits referenced in Attachment B in the  AVStar Mandatory Service Bulletin AFS­SB6 Revision 2.

TIME OF COMPLIANCE

Within the next 5 hours of engine operation.

The  purpose  of this Service Bulletin is to identify all Lycoming engines that could have  a faulty fuel  diaphragm in fuel servos made or overhauled  by AVStar as per the attached AVStar Mandatory Service Bulletin AFS­SB6 Revision 2 dated April 6, 2011.
