Engine Dynamometer Power Check - $547 per hour
Use this basic performance test at the engine's rated conditions (speed and MAP) to verify the engine's power output meets rated specifications. This test typically includes:
- Power check
- Short run-in (approximately 30 minutes)
- One hour oil consumption test
- Engine installation and setup in dynamometer test cell

Engine Dynamometer Full Power Run - $547 per hour
This is a comprehensive full-load performance test across the engine's normal speed range, and typically includes:
- Engine Dynamometer Power Check tests
- Full throttle mixture distribution performed at fixed speed and MAP to verify proper engine operation
- Bare carburetor/injector full-load speed sweep (for data correction purposes)
- Full-load performance test across the engine speed range (typically at best power fuel-air mixture setting)

Engine Dynamometer Calibration Test - $547 per hour
This is a comprehensive engine performance test across the engine’s normal operating range, and typically includes:
- Engine Dynamometer Full Power Run tests
- Engine performance sweeps across all operating speeds and manifold pressure points to map the engine performance for fuel consumption and power output.

Test Cell Services - $547 per hour
Test Cells have the following capabilities:
- Eddy Current (EC) engine dynamometer test systems capable from 60 to 1000 hp at speeds up to 10,000 rpm
- AC Motoring engine dynamometer test system capable up to 200 hp and 4000 rpm
- Capable of running both liquid and air cooled engine
- Engine performance measurement includes: speed, torque, power, fuel consumption, pressures, temperatures, fluid flows, heat rejection, and vibration (translational and torsional)
- In-cylinder combustion pressure and analysis (AVL Indi-Modul, MTS CAS, and discrete measurement)
- Automated test cycle control and data acquisition for standard and endurance testing
- Pressure altitude simulation for the engine exhaust and induction systems
- Multiple grades of fuel are available at each test stand; up to (5) varieties from in-ground storage tanks; and capable of running specialty fuels supplied by the barrel

Flight Stand Test Cell - $547 per hour
Flight Stand Test Cells have the following capabilities:
- Indoor engine flight test stands allowing the engine to be mounted as though it were in the airframe
- Engine performance measurement includes: speed, fuel consumption, pressures, temperatures, fluid flows, heat rejection, and vibration (translational and torsional).
- In-cylinder combustion pressure and analysis (AVL Indi-Modul, MTS CAS, and discrete measurement
- Automated test cycle control and data acquisition for standard and endurance testing

The Component Motoring Test Stand has the following capabilities:
- Motoring test rigs up to 75 hp for engine and powertrain component testing
- Torsional and hydraulic test stands to simulate component loads for endurance, performance, and integrity testing
- Engine airflow test stands for development of induction system and cylinder head configurations
- Fuel flow test stands for testing carburetors and fuel injection systems, both performance and durability
- Refrigerated cold room to test engine starting down to 0°F

Altitude Testing has the following capabilities:
- Pressure altitude simulation system to imitate engine performance to 25,000 feet MSL
- Flow rates up to 5000 CFM (more than 2,000 hp)
